4. Drone & Aerial Privacy
As a Transport Canada-certified operator, SkyPeak Visuals adheres to strict privacy guidelines regarding aerial surveillance:
Purpose: We only capture aerial footage for specific commercial, real estate, or promotional purposes.
Minimization: We take reasonable steps to avoid capturing identifiable images of individuals not involved in the project.
Redaction: Where incidental capture of bystanders or private property occurs, we utilize blurring or cropping in post-production before the final delivery of media, unless express consent is obtained.

In 2026, transparency in AI is a legal priority. SkyPeak Visuals may use AI-powered tools (e.g., generative fill, AI-enhanced editing, or automated sorting) to improve visual quality.
